Sound Baths with Crystal Singing Bowls
A sound bath is an immersive sound experience with sustained, vibrating tones. At Resonance Reset™, it is played on gemstone-infused crystal singing bowls that have been measured to within five cents of their target pitch. You lie down, close your eyes, and let the sound fill the room. Nothing to learn, nothing to perform.
What a sound bath is
Long, sustained tones fill the room. Several bowls layer their overtones on top of each other and build a field you can rest inside.
Sound travels about four times faster through water than through air. The human body is roughly sixty percent water, which is why the vibration is felt not only in the ears but across the body.
Why crystal singing bowls, and why precision
A cent is one hundredth of a semitone. The crystal singing bowl market calls anything within ten to twenty cents of its target „perfect pitch.“ At Resonance Reset™, every bowl is measured on a calibrated Peterson iStroboSoft and shipped within five cents.
Two bowls become one sound. Eight bowls become a field.

For practitioners who lead their own sound baths
A single bowl measured within five cents, added as an anchor into an existing collection, lifts the whole field. For stand-alone entrainment, four pairs are available: Alpha for meditation, Delta for deep regeneration, Low Beta for focused presence.
As a Resonance Reset™ Partner, you refer bowls and earn a commission. More on the Partner page.
