For a bowl consultation, a short written exchange is often more useful than a call. Write what bowls you already own and what you are looking for; a voice note works too.
Messages through the form land in the same inbox as post@resonancereset.com. I reply Monday to Friday, usually within one business day. Between workshops or trade shows it can take longer; in that case I tell you in the reply.
For any question about an existing order, shipping, payment, or a return, write to order@resonancereset.com. Lead time is four weeks to Germany and Switzerland, six weeks to the United States.
